This was the Big Brother Season of Stars
The players who set the standards and bars
We were anxious to see all the faces of old
And excited to see how the game would unfold

"You get to vote!" said the folks at the show
"Pick who you loved from the seasons ago!"
They gave us twenty from which we could pick
So we used our mouses to choose, point, and click

Fourteen were chosen to enter the game
Extending their short fifteen minutes of fame
Some from each season, beginning with One
Braved facing the ink of the pen of the Bun

From Six we got Kaysar and Howie and James
Also Janelle, the comp-winning dame
Year Five gave us Diane, Nakomis and Jase
All were game players we knew we'd embrace

Four brought us Ali, and Erika, too
Danielle came from Three with Marcellas (no Boo!)
From Two we got Boogie and past winner Will
The doctor was back, the head of town Chill

Last but not least entered One's Chicken George
To form the exciting BB All-Star corps
Where would they take us? What would they do?
Which of the stars would shine most from this crew?

Some thought it'd be Ali who headed the race
Until she laid claim to a spot in a vase
We hoped to see plans of more fingers from Nick
But sadly she left after Ali, too quick

Next out went Jase, 'tho missing a wing
Followed by Di, who was minus her sting
Bye bye to Kaysar, the season's sad mope
Marcellas went next - the Robe couldn't cope

Then we lost Howie - Big Boy didn't like
So we watched him get angry and pull hats off of Mike
James went out next, while biting his nails
Close on his heels was wine-loving Danielle

George then flew out, his feathers intact
Followed by Will - the master got sacked
Next Janelle's reign as Comp Queen had to end
That left just Boogie and Erika to fend

Before they all left, they gave us great feeds
Of hook-ups in hot tubs and cold dirty deeds
Of bang-ups and hang-ups and boo-boos galore
And players who bored us, snored for us, and more

Lots of nice team play we now can recall
Like food comps and trivia and backyard kickball
But the times we tuned in to see grown-ups at play
Were by far the best at the end of the day

We watched them connive, strategize, and align
With all-star finesse they were able to shine
Chilltown and Floaters and Sovereign Six
Legion of Doom and "Pricks Before Chicks"

They also came through in the comps of the game
As each of them made household power the aim
From hanging on webs and slop troughs and face morphs
To digging through garbage and face pies from dwarves

We watched as old houseguests appeared from nowhere
Like ghosts from past seasons who gave us a scare
And past BB cooks who judged dishes from slop
And visits from heartthrobs that made our jaws drop

I would be remiss if I failed to mention
That one houseguest went in the house with intention
Erika proudly wore Bun on her shirt
Put there to warn her she must stay alert

Instead she got sidetracked and went full tilt Boogie
But at least she and others got gifts from the Doogie
As well as a trampoline that they could jump on
And feasts in the backyard with toasts of Dom Perignon

Over-exposure lives on at You Tube
Like Boogie's bare butt and Danielle's flash of boob
Kaysar's sheared scalp and George's big belly
Howie stripped-down when his pants got too smelly

But moments of tenderness live on there, too
Like Marcellas bidding his slop pass adieu
And George when he told all the others farewell
As well as the moments with Will and Janelle

There are certainly others we're sure to replay
Like America's prom queen with her new bouquet
And who can forget when we all watched Danielle
Outside the door non-stop ringing the bell

George in his costumes will surely be missed
So will the non-use of the Coup d'Etat twist
Danielle played the game hard and so did friend James
Will and Boog worked it and kept taking names

Now the game's over and Boogie's a win
With all of his money it seems such a sin
His prize is forgotten as tapes play for Erika
Of Boog saying "ho" in front of America

It won't be too long 'til E stops feeling hurt
After all, she has me to help right on her shirt
She was part of the All-Stars, the best of BB
A big thanks to THEM for this year's jubilee

Hoppy trails, everyone! Thanks for a great season!

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear BB Fans,

Thanks for sticking with me all season - your encouragement kept me going. Truly.

My apologies to friends and family of the HGs who may have been offended by my words. I realize that no one can be under 24-hour scrutiny and maintain a flawless personae. I take what I see and exaggerate it, so I hope you were able to take it all with a grain of salt and see it from a humorous perspective.

I've always said that anyone who exposes himself on this show knows it won't be an easy homecoming, and it's certainly one of the reasons why I question anyone's decision to be a part of it.  After all, if you air your dirty laundry on TV, you better be prepared to have the world point out the stains.

In the end, however, all of the HGs deserve to be remembered for their good qualities. They've been brave to weather the storm of criticism, and I give them kudos for allowing me to peep in and give my take on the game they've been playing in front of us for three very long months.

I thank them for crying, for scheming, for drinking and for dancing (mostly dancing!). I thank them for the memorable clothing they wore and for the times they wore very little or none at all. I thank them for fighting, for kissing, for eating bad things, and for talking game whenever there was an opportunity. I also thank them for showing loyalty at times, back-stabbing at times, and even for riding the fence at times. These were All-Stars who continually kept their eyes on the prize.

Most of all, I thank them for their little shout-outs to me. I heard them, and I loved them.

It all made for some great entertainment, and I was happy to be a part of it. Bunny hugs to all of you for taking the ride with me.

Hoppy trails,

ps Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the following people:

Bunny's Carrotheads - Your donations keep this website afloat and your emails of support are appreciated more than you'll ever know.  I can't thank you enough for what you all have meant to me.  I hope someday we'll all meet at the First Annual Carrothead Convention.

RealPlayer Purchasers - Like the donations from the Carrotheads, your support in the way of buying your live feed subscriptions from my site didn't go unnoticed.  I don't know who you are to thank you personally, but I am very grateful that you clicked.

Bunnyware Buyers - Hugs to the three of you.  Thanks for setting trends on your block by being the only ones to sport the Bunny 'round the 'hood.

Members of TVClubhouse - From giving me my first job as Live Feed reporter to this year's photos and updates, this community of BB fans provides Bunny with a second home.  BB would never be the same for me without them.

All the Other BB Websites - From one webmaster to another, I KNOW the work involved in what you do.  Applause, applause, applause goes to each and every one of you for making THIS reality show better than all the others out there.

CBS - Thanks to the producers and crew for giving us a great show.  A tip of the hat to the prop people this year for the changing HOH room and the elaborate set designs.  All in all a job well done by those of you who bring us our favorite show.

All Houseguests Present, Past, and Future - I know that some of you read this site, and I wish you didn't.  With that said, thank you for being a part of BB and giving me such great stuff to work with.  Outside the house, I'm sure you're all really nice people.  Remember that I am, too.  In the game of BB, the Bunny is a "character" (I know my role!) just like you are.

James and Will - Thank you for sending people to my site.  In return, I will do the same:  JamesRhine.com and CoffeeBeanBears.com, folks.

Janelle - Thank you for wearing the Bunny pajamas.  It made me feel all fluffy inside to see you in them.

Danielle - Thank you for the shout-outs and Bunny ears and for following almost all of Bunny's rules.  As far as running with the alcohol story line, it was easy for me to do since I make a habit of getting drunk every time I sit down to write a summary.  And every time I do, I propose a toast to your excellent game play.  Cheers once again!

George - You, too, followed many of the rules, including wearing that wonderful shirt with the rabbit on it.  Kudos to you for making the game finger-lickin' good.

Erika - Thank you for taking me into the house on your shoulder. I apologize for "stepping" out of bounds with the attention paid to your feet, but you didn't bring the polka dots.  (What's a Bunny to do?)  I must say here and now that of all the HGs, you've always been the best sport.  Congratulations on your Second Place win.  I take full credit for being the one to get you there :)

IT WAS A WONDERFUL SEASON!  BUNNY HUGS TO YOU ALL!!!!

Did you enjoy this season's BB?  Please consider donating a dollar to your favorite reality website (even if it's not this one!)  Many people have given up the summer to provide you with game show info, updates, and entertainment.  Please thank them by providing your support.

Watching the Live Feed replays?  The season's archives will be left on this site to assist you in following along.

As far as writing for BB8, I'll make that decision next summer.  I promise to read all your supportive emails before I do. (I can't imagine watching and keeping my mouth shut, though, can you?) Thanks for caring enough to write.
